Create a Print Ad

I need a 1/6th page B&W print-ready ad for my online business. The final product needs to be .eps, .tif, .jpeg or high-resolution pdf.
I don't have experience in this area, but I imagine it's going to be pretty simple. I have a website already, and some copy ideas. Because I'm such a beginner in this area, however, I'll need my hand held a bit.
In theory, if this goes well I'd like to create several versions to use on a rotating basis. And perhaps one or more color versions.
I am definitely willing to pay, but have no idea how much something like this should cost.
