photoshop one picture

I have a photograph that I'd like to frame, but there are a few items I want shopped out - power lines, power pole. I've tried myself using my very basic skills but can't get it to a state where it's worthy of printing & framing. Can you help?

I have no idea how long it will take or what to charge - can you look at the photo and give me a quote? Honestly I don't know if it will take 2 minutes, 2 hours, or 2 days.
