2-days guide in Delhi

I am working with a colleague in my big multi-national to launch a social business project in India. We're doing some groundwork in Delhi and I am looking for a guide for him for his visit.
Ideally, I am looking for someone
- willing to go anywhere! this would require going to industrial and workshop areas in old town Delhi
- available 26 and 27 February, and a quick meeting on 25th
- comfortable in English or - even better - French
- interested in social business or development of India
This would be paid and if the project works out and the relationship is good could lead to future work.
My colleague is a French guy who is good at being serious but also funny and smart. He has traveled a lot in India and all over the world, often by motorcycle.
