WP guru for fine tuning

For this website: eco-modernism.com, I need help with the following:
- troubleshooting possible crawlers (need an htaccess file?),
- excessive memory usage on a private server at Dreamhost
- tweaking some CSS on my custom-ish WP site
- securing things so evilness can't get in & wreak hackage
- help me with moving the site to MT
I'd like to get the crawler & memory usage problems untangled within the next couple of weeks if possible.
Everything else can follow before the end of August if possible.
Happy to chat on Skype as necessary & will try to answer questions as best I can!
