Wordpress programmer for exciting cultural magazine

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good Wordpress programmer for an exciting cultural magazine?
At the Asian American Writers' Workshop, the 501c3 nonprofit I run, we're launching three exciting online magazines and have exciting essays, interviews and video by luminaries like Junot Diaz, Das Racist, Maxine Hong Kingston and others. These game-changing magazines will build the future of Asian American intellectual culture, document a national cultural movement around immigration, and help interpret what it means to be both an American and global citizen in the 21st century.
Unfortunately, our programmer just quit because of other commitments and we're hurrying to find a replacement. We already have Wordpress installed, a theme we want, and wireframes and designs from our designer. We just need someone to alter the theme and code the CSS. We can pay, but we're constrained by being a small community nonprofit--so it would really be more like an honorarium.
