Data collection/research assistant (Providence, RI)

I am looking to hire a research assistant in Providence, Rhode Island area to hand collect newspaper classified advertisements from two libraries in Providence. The newspaper is a weekly alternative newspaper, and I need data from each issue from 2000-2010 (therefore approximately 520 issues).
The job will require visits to each library, first of all. In one library, they have physical copies of the newspapers laying around, but are missing several years. In the other, they have microfiche but does not circulate out of the library.
We will work together to find the most efficient and cost-effective technological solution for getting what I need sent to me; I am open to your suggestions.
