PHP and Perl programmers, please

I'm looking for a subcontractor to work on some small web programming projects; I've got 20-40 hours of work available right now, but may have more in the future.
Experience needed:
- Experience with
* Perl and/or PHP
* MySQL
* Apache running on Linux or FreeBSD
- Comfortable with version control systems (especially Subversion)
- Bonus: experience with mailman, Python, Drupal, XML, Wordpress
Junior level programmers are welcome to apply. Most of the initial work will be for a non-profit.
payscale: $50/hour
